I'm trying to make a pov eye blinking effect on cs6 but I can't find a tutorial on how to do it. I need to get the "Ellipse" effect to invert so the back ground is black and the inside of the Ellipse is the actual video

Little tip: You can make the "write on" effect in after effects, which goes much faster and you don't need half a super computer to do it. (Actually works on my laptop fluently). Just search "after effects write on effect" here on yt. I used it to fake handwriting on an entire blackboard.

This video is for PP CS6 (which I have) but I don't see the "Generate" Folder under Effects Tab and these effects anywhere! How do we get to them ?? Are these added plugins or something? Can PP CS6 users still find plugins to add/purchase ?
