A producer, who works so closely with the artists, knows everything about the artists. She knows what their vices and their family members' vices are. She knows if there are debt situations or betrayal-type dramas in their families. There may be a girl's uncle who eats dog meat, and this is also secret and potentially dangerous information. Above all, she knows if the artists have had a relationship and with whom; and MHJ also worked closely with BTS. Opening the door to this unreliable woman was a catastrophic choice.

Look, I'm not here to argue with anyone and I know we're all deeply concerned about how this mess will effect our favorite artists...but we all must ask what's going to happen to NewJeans? These ladies have made a name for themselves and have earned their popularity, but the longer this mess drags on, the more the higher ups who really pull the strings will come to the conclusion that they're not worth this much of a headache. There are other girl groups out there just as talented and more over popular and of course, many fans will ultimately come out and decree NJ will never tower over the mighty and legendary Blackpink, so what's the sense? Both sides messed up and now those ladies will have to pay for it, and it couldn't come at a worse time, with their comeback mixed right in the middle of all this. Hybe messed up by not doing their proper homework on an employee who was just fresh off from a rival company and came equipped with her own agenda. Business 101: put it in writing. Min Hee-jin was made lots promises that were not in writing. It seems HYBE was moving to grant the promises then realized how successful Newjeans was so they copied; probably still with the intent to grant the promises. The copy made a couple people angry and all patients was lost. Although the disagreement with public with both side seeking public favour, business wise they can all still get what they want and neither can stop the other - it's all wasted effort/time/money and nothing will change. So many talking about NJ/ador earnings estimates to be in blllions for the next 2yrss...if there's understanding of how stocks run, it's an estimate. You can't pay based on estimates or projected earnings because those are oftentimes too high, very few company meet or surpass that. I doubt NJ will be making billions in the next 1yr or so. Many behaving as if they're bigger than Blk PK who performs world tours etc. How many albums have they put out, how many tours? Yes they make money from endorsements but for how long ? And how much? This will have its consequences for all to see, just hope there will be lessons learned.
