Hi Ginger, this video popped up for me as I work with several reactors and sometimes I get into a mood where I watch tons of folk react to a specific group or video that I like. Voctave is a favorite of mine and this video is great if I'm in the mood to get in my feels. Voctave is what happens when you get an amazing singer/arranger who knows how to get 11 soloists to work together as an ensemble. I love accapella and out of the modern accapella groups, Voctave is the biggest but also the most traditional and I havent heard a bad song from them yet. Others have told you that all of them have at some point worked for Disney, mostly at Disney World in Orlando where they live. Ashley Espinoza is the lady who sang the lead here and the other members call her their Sopralto because of her incredible range and presence. They put out a Christmas album almost every year if you love Christmas music but as we are moving away from the season, the next two songs from them should be the Disney Princess Medley (because you mentioned princesses) and the Prince of Egypt (because it is unmatched and even better than the movie IMO). I really enjoyed your reaction to this video, it's one of my favorites because of the feels and anyone who doesnt lose it by the "I love you mommy" has no heart. You did a great job and I look forward to seeing more from you. (BTW, I did like and subscribe, you deserve to be noticed)

Most if not all members of Voctave have been or are part of the Voices of Liberty in Epcot in Florida, where they indeed regularly perform Disney songs, so you're right on the nose with the Disney vibe you were getting.

Voctave has such a full sound to them, and this song is no exception. The song brought tears to my eyes just because of how cute the kid is, but when he said " Merry Christmas Mama", I thought I would melt.

The group member consists of (from Highest to Lowest): 5 FEMALES Kate Lotte (Soprano 1) - Shorter blonde that can sing super high. Tiffany Coburn (Soprano 2) - Taller blonde that can sing almost as high, but with a more mature tone. Ashley Espinoza (Mezzo-Soprano; what Voctave jokes as a "Sopralto") - Can mix well between highs and lows, so she's the bridge between. Sarah Whittemore (Alto/Contralto 1) - The redhead/ginger-haired woman. Has a great tone for jingles and whacky, fast-paced songs. Chrystal Johnson (Alto/Contralto 2) - The black woman. Deep tone that's wonderful for gospel and spiritual songs). "The women's bass." 6 MALES E.J. Cardona (High-tenor/Countertenor) - Shorter tanned gentleman with short hair. Can sing very high notes as well. "The men's Soprano." Drew Ochoa (Tenor 1) - Taller tanned gentleman with short hair. Can sing soft high notes and hold them for a very long time. A 2018 barbershop champ. Jamey Ray (Tenor 2) - The white gentleman usually with short, spiky hair. Slightly deeper tone, but loves to sing higher notes, and also the group's music arranger/composer. So 99% of what you hear is him writing down notes NOT for a voice type, but SPECIFICALLY for each member. Kurt von Schmittou (Baritone 1) - Taller white gentleman with the beard and short, brown hair. A Disney voice actor, and former Broadway star. Aaron Stratton (Bass 1) - Taller, older gentleman usually with curly or wavey black hair. Can also adjust his voice to fill-in bass roles too. Like how Ashley is a "Sopralto" fusion, he is the "Bassitone" fusion. Retired Marine vet. Karl Hudson (Bass 2) - Black gentleman. Lows so low they can make walls vibrate. You'll probably notice in some older Voctave videos (about 3-4 years back & prior), they had 2 other males (not in this video). One was J.C. Fullerton. A taller, older white gentleman with short hair that was the group's bass 1 before retiring. The other was Tony deRosa. An older, short white gentleman that was the group's music director. Also a barbershop champ and also a coach for "The Vocal Majority" group I believe.

A capella groups are great these days. Home Free is amazing.Pentatonix is spectacular. But Voctave...Voctave is miraculous!

Voctave is the most awesome rabbit hole you can jump in! I agree with all of the recommendations that have been given already. One that is on their Christmas album that doesnt get as much love is This is my wish/let there be peace on earth or The carol of the bells of Notre Dame are so good! My favorite one that unfortunately is only audio onlu is the prince of egypt Medley.

I’ve been blessed with being able to sit on the floor in Epcot’s American Adventure listening to the Voices of Liberty echo through the room. I recognize most of these singers who have thrilled many who have been able to hear them. They are so awesome. Austin Brown of Home Free has been blessed with the opportunity to sing with them for at least a year before he was able to join up with the Home Free guys.

11 members (5 women, 6 men). All of them are either current or former singers with the Voices of Liberty at EPCOT in Disney World (and almost all of them have had other singing gigs at Disney as well). Jamey Ray, the group's founder and music professor at Rollins College, arranges every Voctave song. He arranges specifically for each singer instead of arranging parts, which is one of many reasons why Voctave's blending is truly top notch.
