My German shepherd girl was the same with the rescue collie puppy I got, and with my daughters pug puppy. Her name was Mia but we nicknamed her "Mama Mia" because she'd let them climb all over her and snuggle into her. She was such a gentle soul. Sadly she passed away in late 2020, but she will never be forgotten.
