yes, El Alto is higher than La Paz. Probably there are other cities to a higher elevation but these are the biggest, and they are making a metropolitan area having more than 2 million people. ( El Alto and La Paz together ). Thanks for watching mu video.

Este un loc foarte fain, e haotic, nu este chiar cel mai curat oras pe care l-am vazut si nici cel mai perfect, dar are ceva ce te fascineaza. Apoi altitudinea lui de la 3600 la 4200 de metri este ceva ce iti taie respiratia ... la propriu! Mi-ar placea sa ma reintorc acolo!

Yes, they are, it is a very comfortable public transport system. I was very surprised when I have seen this, but the level difference in the city is so huge, that the cable car was the only possibility to move the people fast and safe!

I have been in La Paz mid of May. Well, definitely not my City.... Nothing special to see - except of taking the Teleferico up to El Alto from where you have an incredible view over La Paz and on the Illimani Mountain. Apart of that there is not much to tell. Breathing is really hard as La Paz is located at an altitude of 3,600 m....but after 1 day I got used to it.

rod_ trip LXVI yes, it is looking flat but this is because it is a huge flat area on a very high altitude. It is a bit the same like Tibet in the Himalaya. All very high and huge. The air is very thin there and it is difficult to breath.

are you from Sucre? On wikipedia of english it is written like this. The capital of the department is the city of La Paz and is the administrative city and seat of government/national capital of Bolivia. The constitutional capital is Sucre, while the seat of government and executive capital is La Paz. Thank you for watching my video!

You showed everything that I don't like from my city. Most of the areas you showed, are actually poor neighborhoods. You could go to the residential areas. There you can find many luxurious houses and different people from the one you showed. If you go back to La Paz, contact me, so you can show the other face in another video.

Thank you very much for your advice. I showed what it was different from what we have in Europe. Luxury villas and fancy places we have also here. For me it was more interesting to see something what I have never seen. The poor neighborhood have the nicest and friendliest people and this is more valuable than huge mansions built in western style! If I’ll come again I will contact you! Thanks a lot! 🤗

Yes we know this. according wikipedia in Spanish: La ciudad de La Paz, oficialmente Nuestra Señora de La Paz, es la sede de gobierno y capital administrativa de Bolivia. Es el centro político, financiero, social, académico y cultural más importante del país, además de ser la ciudad más desarrollada y con mayor calidad de vida en Bolivia.

La Paz is not the constitutional capital of Bolivia. Sucre is the constitutional capital of Bolivia so it says in the political constitution of the state of Bolivia, learn a little more to give this type of information before releasing it to the public.

on our wikipedia in English they say Capital: Sucre (constitutional and judicial) La Paz (executive and legislative), so probably both cities are capital

SUCRE ONLY CAPITAL OF BOLIVIA. La Paz is like any other city in Bolivia, it is a simple city, the seat of government, but by no means the capital of Bolivia, this is known to all Bolivians. Wikipedia and our government had several altercations with the capital Sucre, I think it is one of the reasons why they do not defend these falsehoods, since Sucre is and always was the only Bolivian capital. We ask you, we capitalists, Bolivians, respect our history. Depends of what are you looking for. Probably you are that kind of tourist who feels good just in the cites like Athens or Thessaloniki. I had great time in La Paz and I enjoyed a lot the good food and the friendly people.
