I feel like Latin America is way way more dangerous than Eastern Europe. Theres a reason why those countries have the highest murder rates. I might be prejudiced because I grew up in Honduras, but dang dude, when you have not only old people, but tons of random young people walking up to you and trying to warn you with absolutely no prompting, that just gives me extreme anxiety. I would not even walk into the hood of the town I grew up in. Just be careful in Latin America bald.
