Denise had always been a very healthy person. When she started to experience back pain again, after 20 years of a very healthy and active life, she went to a doctor and was told her pain was a sign of aging.
She was unhappy and disgruntled with this diagnosis and sought out a second opinion. Her chiropractor at the time had some X-rays done and told her she had scoliosis.
Denise reached a point where the pain was too much, and she knew surgery was not the way she wanted to go. She started to research and found Dr. Tony Nalda's website and felt identified with the information on Adult Scoliosis.
Dr. Nalda explains the difference between adult scoliosis and adolescent scoliosis. Adult scoliosis starts to create pain as it progresses due to the pressure of gravity and time passing on the spine, nerves, and surrounding muscles.
Denise felt she was in good hands, Dr. Nalda was knowledgeable, and she felt confident this was the place to be. Once she started her treatment, she went from 31 degrees to 24 degrees after four days.
Dr. Nalda explains Denise's progression was impressive considering how quickly her curved was reduced. It was similar to turning the time back for the patient's spine, removing the pressure and curve created over 20 years ago.
The approach most doctors take to scoliosis is scoliosis surgery. They wait until the condition gets bad enough the patient qualifies for it. But it is emotionally deflating and is not always the best approach for most patients when a less invasive approach can help more without the side effects of invasive spinal surgery.

It has just taken me 6 years of increasing pain in my lower lumber to finally get a diagnoses of a curved spine. No treatment offered I live in Wales 🏴and our NHS is in dire straits. Thank you for providing me with knowledge of scoliosis xxx 💖🌹👍

Thank you for this video, it goves me hope! This is me...it's nice to have some acknowledgment of the chronic pain I have in my spine, and that it's probably being caused by my scoliosos! I feel ignored in Canada...

Here in Brazil the doctor actually said that there was no way or treatment for me. But I know that it is possble to improve my condiiton. I have a 37 degrees scoliosis

hi dr. I have pain in my right shoulder blade and my left lower back and just super tight. I had an injury before a while ago and I don’t know if this is scolosis or just the injury. Can you help please? My right ribs also hurt sometimes
