That’s why when you fucking work out into exercise the main key of loosening up all your muscles and being flexible is doing a lot of stretches I am 62 280 for my height and I’ve been doing taekwondo for seven years that’s why I was really stiff but then now I’m pretty flexible I do a lot of stretching and a lot of yoga that’s all my muscle or lose.
