Every woman deals with different cramp pains but for me it feels like a knife stabbing my uterus. But it comes in waves not all at once! Every one is different but this seemed a little dramatic. The girls should of definitely tried it with them lol

Out of the guys try period simulator videos I’ve seen, by far this is the most accurate in the sense that the pain actually builds up (well, at least for me). I would start to feel the pain a few days before the period. That’s probably the reason why some girls like me have built the tolerance. And yes, the pain during labor/delivery is a lot worse than period cramps

I always had bad cramps but i experienced my worst last year. I really felt something was wrong because the pain usually subsides but it lasted for 40 minutes. I even went to my knees on the bathroom floor at my work. After the blood clot passes i finally was feeling better but is exhausting.

Also I'm a dude but i know stomach cramps in general and tbh it's a lingering deep pain that spreads across the body sometimes. So i can see why it's something you get used to . I sometimes have bad stings that i have to walk to the store with it and I can't even bend my legs properly and no, it's part of my condition. It's chronic and it's forever and happens of i have a poor diet or just unlucky.

To be fair, none of us girls who have very bad period pains workout those days... its something you cant live with without strong painkillers. Imagine having it the entire day and night for 3 days, not only for a few seconds each time.

I got an IUD a few months ago and for the first 2 months i had cramps everyday and they were the most painful cramps i’ve ever experienced and they would last 8 hours sometimes

I think level 8 and above are endometriosis levels, whereas under that are normal variations in period for women in general. some women stay at level 4 and under, but most hop between 1 - 5, with 6 and 7 being the normal extremes on day 1 and day 2.

Hasn’t like these tens machines already been proven to not be anything like a cramp? Genuinely curious cause that’s what I thought I heard.

All I know is my cramps get bad enough that they won’t subside for hours and get so bad that I will nearly puke or faint and I can’t even walk from the pain…
