i have been postponing that trip going to Mount St. Helens for years. But now by seeing it, I have had it..:-)..time to go there. Thanks for sharing. By seeing this, It definitely boosted me to go for it..:-)

I did FS 25 from Randle to Cougar about a month ago and really enjoyed it. You covered additional areas that I need to add to my future riding locations. Absolutely fantastic scenery. Thanks for sharing the ride. Great video!

Glad you got to see the mountain. Everyone seems to flock to Hood or Rainier around here but I recommend St. Helens whenever I get the chance. It's just so incredibly unique. Superb hiking opportunities too, especially on the north side.

I was 10 when it erupted. I remember I was doing dishes at my grandmas and looked out the window. It looked like a mass of gray cotton balls rolling over the sky. Then it started to get dark, then just pitch black as the ash started to fall. Was just crazy.

It’s an easy climb, but you have to reserve way in advance. Looking down that hole is awesome. It’s often steaming and you can hear rocks clattering. It’s a 1000+ foot ledge.

Spectacular scenery! Great video! I have couple questions. Have you change the gearing at all on the bike? I know some riders went up to a 16T up front. What was the reason you went with a 120 on the front? How do you like the Relive app? It looks really cool in your videos. Thank you for your time and a great video. I just purchased my CB last Saturday. Got the last one in the dealership. They are getting hard to come by at this point in time. I'm just waiting to pick up. The weather is just a bit inclement here in the northeast.

Great videos, thank you. Can I ask are the panniers on Kevin's Adventure SW Motech 15l system bags? is he using the KTM side rack or the SW Motech one for them, do you know if they have suffered any damage as it looks like one touches the exhaust. I am getting my 390 next month.

Great video. Did your buddy consider the BMW G310 GS before buying his KTM 390 Adventure? I've been looking at both bikes and comparing the two.

Not sure. Think he was pretty set on the ktm. I know he was looking at the 250l rally.

@@OregonMotorcycle Interesting. I had the Honda CRF 250L Rally for a short period of time last year. It was the first bike I ever purchased. I ended up selling it and bought a Husqvarna FE250 that is a more dirt worthy dual-sport. Knowing what I know about the Rally now, I'm not sure I would purchase that bike as a real adventure bike. It didn't cruise that well above 65 MPH, so long adventures would be cumbersome at best. I have watched some of your other videos and now see that you have another buddy with the BMW G310 GS. Knowing what you know about both, if you had to pick between the G310 GS and the KTM 390 Adventure, which would you pick as the best all-around adventure bike? By the way, I'm really enjoying your content.

I noticed you resting and tapping your fingers quite a bit on this video... are thre bars a bit vibey? Im considering the CB500X or NC750X but have had vibrating bars before and it's not fun eh... how do you find the CB? (Love the videos by the way) 🙂

Ya for some reason my fingers were going numb. Probably got a lil too cold. I turned my heated grips on and it went away;)

Great video, but I'm pretty sure the KTM has more ground clearance than your Honda. The KTM has 7.9 inches vs the Honda's 7.1".
