GANANDA agreed to share the Nongoma case file with the Defence, Ratha intervened highlighting that the case is still pending as submitted by GANANDA. The Accused raised objections that the case was finalized. Ratha then issued an Order that the file be shared with Defence 😂😂😂😂😂
