Thank you for sharing your valuable knowledge Tony. Seriously, incredible stuff you’re doing for the sport. Not everybody lives in a big city and has access to a boxing gym. You give those people another option to learn the sweet science. I’ve been watching you for over a year now and it has definitely helped me improve my game. I live in a two stop light town and the closest access to a gym is over an hour and a half drive so three hour round trip. Thank you again for this info 🙌🏽

Love the video. Handball is also amazing for coordination and fun. In the pivots, what if you are the short explosive fighter? Makes sense if you are tall keeping them away but what if you are short and trying to break into range?

Oh ya!? Can you PROVE IT?! Oh thats right I watched the Olympics and you were awesome. I love your enthusiasm, it is obviously real. Boxers are the greatest athletes! I just love boxing. Grew up watching big George, Ali, Frazier, Little Red, etc. Active boxers I like are Bud and Inoue. Favorite all time Marvin Hagler.

It's really amusing how such a logical and natural habit as keeping your hands up in a fight takes sometimes so much time (and punches to be eaten) in order to settle in a fighter's behaviour

tony im a big fan of boxing . Tony had a heavy bag for like 2 year ago and i was practising every 2 day but the day came up and i had to sell this and know i very things about boxing im practsing every day by shadow box is that makes me getting worse and worse becouse i dont have any equipment or getting better or what what should i do and dont think about going to gym or what ever becouse im student and my family arent really rich thet much to pay me to go to gym ( in my country we have to pay if we want to go to gym ) and i dont know about yours tha question is what should i do ( im still strong i think )

Hey Tony. I've been following you for a while now and I've been boxing for over a year and a half now (i'm 19) but lately I'm suffering from knuckle pain on both of my hands. It started after a session on the pads where they hurt so bad. And now (two weeks later) it still hurts, even when I'm shadowboxing with wraps and with a spunge in between. It even hurts with that, the pressure of the spunge and the wraps on my knuckles hurt. When I'm doing day to day activity with my hands, I feel nothing. Any tips?
