This is really good, one of the best I've seen while searching for this. Thanks, cheers!

This is a great system to track progressive strength for each move, a high and daily level view of progression. I really like being able to plan out what I want to achieve and then during my actual workout, block it all out so I can focus. Thanks!

So I just purchased this template and am starting to adapt it to a workout I just started - Jeff Nippard's Fundamentals Hypertrophy program. Turns out you've done most of the work, but I just wanted to update the Proper Execution youtube links to the ones provided in Jeff's program. Imagine my surprise when the first exercise I want to update (the back squat) already links to that same video! Now I don't even have to do that! Amazing system Simone!

That's great, Phill. Thanks for sharing this, and I love Jeff Nippard's programs and content!

Hey what formula & properties did you use to make it so that when you checked the done box for a session the progress bar went up?
@simosme Жыл бұрын
That's a "rollup" property and it's set up like this: www.loom.com/i/31bd2a36135c42179ea23a4316eaf6ff

When you fill the movement name in the training session it seems there is no relation to the training movements database, is that right?
@simosme Жыл бұрын
Yes, that is correct currently - let me know if you have any suggestions or further questions

@@simosme I was trying to do a tracker myself, but relating the movements to the training session. I can do it, but then it gets weird on the calendar, not sure what Im doing wrong. A tutorial about the "Relation " and "Rollup" functions would be appreciated. Thanks!

@@luisfilipesf Ah I see - thank you for the idea, I will be making a video on Relations and Rollups in Notion and hopefully it will help you

Awesome video man! I just have a quick Q - Is it possible to use this kind of system for clients? I'm a trainer and was wondering if it were possible to use Notion to manage and track everything for my clients, instead of using the typical training programming software? Any input on this would be very much appreciated!
@simosme Жыл бұрын
Hi Matthew, thank you! Yes, it would be possible to use this kind of system for clients, although it would require some adjustments since the template version is not made for that. If you'd like to chat about that, feel free to reach out to me: www.simosme.com/contact

Excellent video Simone. Thanks for this. I have a quick question. Would it be realistic for someone to use the Notion iOS/Android app during their workouts to log weights and set notes? Or is this system only for desktop use?
@simosme2 жыл бұрын
Hi Aaron, thank you for the comment and valid question! It is realistic to use the mobile app to log weights and notes during your workouts. One thing worth noting is this: you would need to do a bit of horizontal scrolling to log weights and notes on mobile (due to the table views being used) Let me know if you have any other questions or considerations!
