Thanks for opening the vault of these Mastery Series. I enjoyed them for all in the 80s and thought them to be the best videos made with master fly fishermen. Each and every technique and tip was golden. Swisher, Waller and Teeny all helped me along my journey.

Filmed back in the 80's, when neoprene waders were all the rage. Those were some giant trout that Swisher was catching. He and Richards were huge contributors to the fly fishing world.

I had this videotape 35 years ago, over time I lost it somewhere. I'm watching it on your channel now, and I have to say that this video is the best of the best ever recorded in the whole world, this includes other recordings from that time, the whole series is invaluable and good. I learned a lot about fly fishing by looking at legends, Doug Swisher, Lani Waller, Gary Borger ... This is a depiction of real fly fishing in every sense of the word. El primer video de pesca con mosca que vi en mi juventud en los 80 .. aun recuerdo la impresion que me causó, nunca habia visto algo así, solo unas fotos por ahi ... no podia creer el tamaño de las truchas , la tecnica, el lanzamiento y por primera vez veia soltar un trofeo de esos... desde ese momento pesco con mosca y comencé a practicar pescar y soltar ! 😊
