I love these rug cleans, but I do miss the videos where you guys steam extract all the carpets in public buildings. The dirty water dump is ghe best part. Would love to see those videos come back again.

i realize this is an older video, but anytime you need to quell bubbles just use a small amount of unscented fabric softener. itll help keep the wool fibers from statically electrocuting someone (thats a joke).

Is there a video explaining the equipment? Like what and why to use which device/method? Like why does the water come from that tote and not the tap? Is it purified to remove chlorine or what?

The tote has a pump connected to it that increases volume. The municipal supply isn't enough.

Why did you use the extractor on these rugs? Normally you just squeegee, rinse, scrub, rinse, squeegee, repeat.

How come your scrubbers don't have a tank on them like other channels?

We don't use a tank because when the scrubber isn't in use, we lay it down so that we don't crush the soft brushes. Anything in a tank would be spilled. We clean a variety of rugs (requiring different solutions) simultaneously. It's just more efficient for us to use the buckets at this time.

Road behind my house has a speed limit of 25 and no stop signs for some distance. Constantly have people tearing down it like it’s a race track. Police should set up a speed trap. They’d make thousands for the city. Great job on the rugs! Quality as always.
