The expert sections add a good bit of distance onto the Bridgestone trail and none of them require actual expertise. A little experience and trepidation is all you need. 😎👍

@@BobsBikingAdventures thats great to know! If I’d had more time I’d have gone round on the 125 to see what it was like and would’ve been more comfortable taking that route on the smaller bike - perhaps by next year I’ll be confident enough to do it on my GS! 😊

Thanks for the video! What a massive event with traffic jams, 1000s of riders. Coming from a small community I would be overwhelmed. If three of us get together for a ride here it's an event. But I can relate to the pizza and beer 🍻.

Blimey - what time did you start queueing to get the Ducati test ride? Someone said I'd need to be there from about 6am if I wanted a chance of getting a go!

@@iainamurray wow really?!? I knew they were all booked but didn’t realise people were queuing so early! 😳 I was very lucky that my ride was pre booked with Ducati UK!

Also, I think I'm right in thinking that UM DSR has the 125 Derbi engine, same as the Aprilia RS4 125. In which case, presuming it's fuel injected and not the really old version with a carb like the Derbi Senda, you can get quite a bit more performance out of it with a Malossi Forcemaster and even more with that combined with a Malossi big bore kit, which takes it to 185cc. I did it last year on my cheap bike challenge steed (which also shares that engine) and it was night and day difference kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h7CEgLyJ1dyXZok.html
