LIVESTREAMS chat window takes around 24 hours to load in to the replay. The first 24 hours you can watch the livestream replay but it most likely wont show the chat window.

AWESOME. I hope Valheim officially sponsors this kind of stuff. This is so much work, planning, effort etc. SO COOL. I've been waiting for the next big thing to come out for this game. Lads, I haven’t been this excited to play Valheim since the game came out, I think adapting your previous builds into the world is a genius decision, made this behemoth of a task achievable with 2 guys! The one additional thing I would love to see is some custom ruin locations scattered around the world, nothing crazy intricate like all your current locations, just some variation on the current ruins that spawn in world, if you spent a day or two just spamming a few ruins around the islands that have your custom POIs, think that would make the world feel a little more believable, rather than vanilla biome and then BAM amazing intricate custom POI

@@9byte dude I’ll give you and Dhakhar a message on discord, but I’m just thinking that for example, Jiroc the Viking and his crowd have a lot of experience with world generation of custom locations, and these can be force spawned in after world generation too so in theory a few template custom ruin locations could be generated into the world you already have? Would love to chat about it with you two, anything I can do to help with any of this to take some burden off ye, let me know 🙏🏻 I could play test it on console, and of course I’ll be making so many videos about this once it’s done, or I can make a vid about it early to help get as much buzz as possible, though asmongold helped much more than I ever could with that 😂

Offering it for a pateron price will just make you no different to game companys. I think its cool to show mods work harder then most developers. And that the future way forward for games is letting mods make their commuintys inside of games. I miss the old days when games were mod friendly like halo forge maps ( constant free content forever without microtransitions ). Thanks for your hard work!

1:22:05 or you can let the player build a campfire that serve as spawn point, but they can have just one at a time, so you don't have to actually build it yourself, just make areas where someone can build the spawn point and areas where they can't or somenthing like that

Maybe this was answered in the stream, but will there be a self-hosted option for the modded, open-world version? As in, download the map and run it on your own server with the modpack.

I believe he mentioned it in the other video that a linear experience will be released in January so I assume you can play it solo.

yes indeed. And as of today the rpg version will also eventually be released in some capacity to the public so that can be played solo too!

That's surprising! If nothing else they must have seen this by now........if not by your own ability and merit for modding/building than through the exposure on youtuber channels like Asmongold. Either way, the dedication to quality and building something like this with a small team is reminiscent of Valheim's own initial team. Well done once again and congratulations on arriving at the (first) finish line hopefully of many!@@9byte

What's wrong with releasing a hit game for an affordable price, getting rich, and then deciding you want to work on it at a gentle pace that you feel comfortable with? Not every studio needs to make 50+ hour weeks their bread and butter.

Has ashlands dropped yet?? Mistlands dropped November 22, 2022 so it’s been well over a year. When was the last time we got a new weapon? Sounds like you’re the fuckin bozo 🤣
