Way back, when I rented a house. People would ask me, "why are you putting money into changing things?" You don't own the house. Yes it is their house. But it is my home. I am so happy for Rili and your entire family. You must cry and cry with joy when you see your baby girl walking. God is so good. 🎉🙏 I love, as always, your haul. ❤ enjoy Sunday with your family. I think this little poem, usually said at Christmas, fits this occasion too. Sunday in Heaven, what do they do? They come down to Earth. To spend time with you. So save them a seat, just one empty chair. You may not see them. But they will be there. 😘 HUGS 🙏🌹🌼🌸

Settling down after a long night and frightening and anxious packed morning awaiting the delivery of our precious granddaughter by emergency C-section, I could not believe you had returned. So happy to see you again! That front area didn’t know the magic you can bring - it looks wonderful! I agree that power washing is relaxing and when you see the results from doing it, how rewarding and clean that job is! Any cleaning or working with my hands causes purple spots, ugh, from thrombocytopenia but I keep on! The blessings of your family’s health and Ryli’s walking are everything! Love that you are back inspiring us! IT IS NOT for any of us to understand why you are putting so much effort into this house; IT IS for us to enjoy your boundless creativity, desire to improve, and use of your love and talent in decorating to make this house a home, and for that, I am immensely grateful. Bev, it’s so good to see you back in the swing of things. Your cottage was so gorgeous and you and your hubby had done so much work on that home. It was absolutely irreplaceable. It’s hard for those who have watched you to understand why you would move after having done so much. Your belongings are so beautiful and you worked so hard to bring them back from California it’s hard to understand why you would leave your storybook home. I am happy for your family and that Riley is doing so well. Our families are important and we do make scarifies for them. We don’t mean to pry but we do want the very best for you and the family. What a blessing to know that you live in North Carolina, it is one of the areas where I would like to live. I want to share with you an inexpensive idea for your landscaping since you are renting and that would be to cover the rest of your front porch area with Black Wood Mulch. That color stands out with the brick and with any plant or pot you place around it. This way you don't have to spend a lot while living in that cozy little house. May God continue to bless you. I know it will be beautiful with your special touches. The porch and walkway are so pretty after power washing. This dishes are so pretty in everyway you put them together. This is a pure gem! And you are a gem too who can decorate beautifully ❤ we recently bought a little cottage( I am Dutch and live in the Netherlands) and it was also neglected, it was lived in, but neglected. I am currently painting it and it will be a beautiful little rural cottage again ❤
