Rosemary had been living with her boyfriend for about a year, although she also owned a home on Valentine in Longview, Texas.
According to the boyfriend, he and Rodriguez got into an argument and she decided to leave. She has never been heard from again.

Her car, a bright green 2014 Chevrolet Sonic with the Texas license plate number GCM3117 and an Oklahoma University sticker in the back window, disappeared with her.
Rosemary's cell phone was recovered after her disappearance and has not yet been analyzed.
At this time, her car has never been located.
Authorities stated they have reason to believe "criminal activity" was involved in Rodriguez's disappearance. Her case remains unsolved.

Rodriguez suffers from type 2 diabetes and needs medication which she doesn't have with her.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Hispanic female. Brown hair, brown eyes. Rodriguez's nickname is Rose. She has a Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows tattoo of a triangle with a circle on the inside of her right ankle, and tattoos of a large red rose, the words "My Person" and a heart with a hook, horns, a devil's wing and an angel wing on the outside of her left calf. Photos of her tattoos are posted with this case summary. Rodriguez may wear eyeglasses with dark-colored rims. Some accounts spell her last name "Rodriquez."

So I have a question.. the property owner says that the boyfriend in question has some pretty extensive resources such as a chop shop type property.. did anyone else catch that?? So here’s my question and I don’t know how to privately email them with this question but maybe someone else can.. if the boyfriend has access to a welder and as the daughter said he’s well known in the fishing community so he probably does work for fisherman.. follow me on this theory... maybe the “dock” they found on the second dive was welded to the top of the car.. theory being that of it was found it would be just a dock that broke loose and sank no reason to pull it out. PULL IT OUT!! What if the car is under that!! I know sounds elaborate but if you had a lot to hide you would use all your resources. RIGHT

Sounds like Rosemary was in a narcissistic relationship. And the boyfriend has had something to do with her disappearance. If he loved her he would be in connection with the family and police, he would be assisting all he could but he’s not because he obviously must know where she is. I hope that Rosemarys girls can find closure. My deepest sympathy on this heartbreaking situation.

The BF not searching or keeping involved in the investigation screams loudly that he knows exactly what happened and where she’s at. I pray that the police are on him and they are putting together the evidence needed to charge him. I’ve been stalked in the past and for him to not do the things that he had always done like follow her solidify my belief that he was the last person to see her alive. My prayers are with her family and for their peace of mind, I hope they get the answers they need so badly. Thank goodness for people like you. You guys are such a wonderful team.

This is in my “backyard” They found her in the car, hidden, two years after she disappeared. It was definitely hidden! They know she was murdered, but me evidence after such a long period of time.

I love how AWP gets the families involved and allows them to participate. This can be extremely therapeutic for them and also very reassuring that something is being done, while often law enforcement will keep them in the dark suffering without any answers or knowledge of what is even being done to look for their love one leaving them indespir. You guy are doing good by following your hearts. It amazing how great you are with the families.

That Cemetery Pond must be searched. Any corporation in the way needs to be messaged & petitioned regarding this. Their refusal to help by merely getting out of the way is outrageous! And yes the male "friend" has made himself a prime suspect by his own inactions.

There refusal is the legal standard in a sue happy country. If they gave someone permission to go in there and that person got hurt, they can be sued. As well, the party needs to be insured for this reason as well as in case they cause any damage to the property. This is very common for corporations. They have to do everything in the power to decrease the chance of their shareholders losing money, like through a lawsuit, or they can also be sued by the shareholders for breach of duty. Allowing the cops in without a warrant risks damage to the property because we all know the police don't fix their messes.

That cemetery is extremely difficult to deal with. My grandparents are there and you will be fined if your grave has something that's not approved as far as flowers or other memory items. People are always trying to sell their plots for this reason.

The boyfriend not contacting the family has raised suspicion for me. I’ve been in 2 very abusive relationships in the past & know that both have contacted my family if I was ‘missing’ for even an hour. I’m not saying this to make the family feel bad. However, I hope she is found alive/safe. The not knowing is the worst thing imaginable.

Good ol' "missing time" tactics. There was a point in my 1st marriage where all I did was go to work, grocery shopping at Wal-Mart, and home because if I decided to deviate for a totally innocent reason I'd have to account for my "missing time". It was exhausting. God help if I received a (wrong number) call from a weird # that I had no interest in answering, he picked up, and there was a male on the other end. For the record, I've never cheated on anyone I've been with. Never dealt with that before and it was a slow roll into oblivion. Finally woke up / got fed up and put him out.

Updates on this they found Rosemary in Liberty City up in the wood area machinery a clear away the area the hall the way her vehicle out of there her remains within the vehicle they found her on New Year's of this year

Wow... I just discovered this organization and this channel during the Kiely Rodni case and I had no idea AWP helped search for this missing person here. I live 3 miles from this bridge. I am so glad she has since been found and the family has closure. Even with her found wrecked, i believe there was still foul play. I believe he was following/chasing her and saw accident and took her phone. There is no telling what is in that river. My family property was on your drone footage and we know the nefarious activity on the river. Thank you AWP for coming to our area and trying to help this family.

Beautiful woman! Her mother, their grandmother looks like my own mother did. Made it more difficult to see her in pain. This family is a great example of what we do to find those we love! I bet she’s proud of them all! I would be! Praying for them! So heartbreaking. May answers help lead to peace. They really need and deserve this! 🙏🏻❤️

I worked for that funeral home, and while I was employed there we did in fact have a car in the pond. It did not go completely underwater but I know there are deeper parts closer to the roadway.

I have seen many studies, cold cases, and historical reference to this being an age old problem like so many of the victimizations woman have endured throughout human (or more accurately inhumane) history.

NightWing B&B~ Right. Good Speculations!! Having Regular Prescription Meds Filled, Should BE A Clue, to aid in the Search for her. That alone, should be Proof, that she did not just "Up & Leave".. The Boyfriend Probably killed her, probably got rid of the Car & her body, as Evidence, and gave a Fake Story to the PD. Sad Story, the Way it ended Apparently, but I Too, Also Pray, for RoseMary, her Daughters, & the Granny. A metal box could be a car that was crunched into scrap metal wreckage...if boyfriend has connections. Some women get mixed up with "bad boys" thinking it is exciting...until the beatings begin...then, the danger of them "talking" about the "illegal stuff" ....can make it clear they gotta go. Dont know anything about this woman's lifestyle or choice in men...but it sounds like others are afraid of him too and the fact cops seem to be spending very little effort to find the woman...makes you wonder if boyfriend has money or connections...or both. One phone call or court supenea to that funeral corporation would get pond searched! Fire Depts. with Lakes as part of their areas of coverage have scuba divers rescue teams, State Police, FBI, National Guard Reserves, State Park Rangers, even Coast Guard or scuba dive clubs etc. can also be called in on a case by police chief asking for outside help with other law enforcement or public safety agencies.

I've had the experience of losing a sibling due to domestic violence. Her car went over a cliff but hubby got out before hand. Also had a brother missing for a few months. Thank God he was found ok and continues to be ok. I feel for these families.

Her poor mother. My heart breaks for her and for her daughters. Whatever happened to her has already happened. They just need to KNOW. They need her found one way or the other. There are so many missing people in this country, it's really scary.

I love your channel, you not only bring closure to families but also highlight failures in the system and in professional practice through your video content in a meaningful way. You take action against it, you don’t just sit there and let it happen while you moan about it. Many of your videos can help us all learn to be more aware, to slow down and check, and can be insightful for others in your field who may have been the ones to miss the things and people you have found. You are very thorough and care deeply, and that is exactly what families need. Glad there are people like you to help do this work and to help people in these terrible situations. 💕

This case hit home to me real hard. I had a family member who was murdered and luckily was found, but it is so sad that there are so many missing person cases where families don't receive closure. It gave me chills when the family was talking about the cell phone pings and the boyfriend not wanting to be involved. Something is definitely strange. I hope they are able to find out as much information as they can and get access to the when you come back. He was big in the fishing community, so maybe check for areas that he knew of. I feel that someone knows something. I hope this family gets closure.

When a funeral home denies access to part of their property it makes me wonder if they are hiding something. Because you would think, dealing with grieving loved ones as a business, they would want to help find a missing person.

From hearing what the children were telling you guys at Mom's house...and they said what they did about the boyfriend not being in contact in any way since then as much as he interfered with getting her back other times and not now...He killed her...without a doubt at all...he killed their mother...I pray you guys keep looking please and find mom and car and bring her home please so they and grandma can bury her...❤🙏🙏🙏thank you guys all so much for helping them...

The police need to check the boyfriend's cell phone and ping it and see where he was! To me definitely suspicious that he doesn't contact the family and try to help find her in any way,!

@@jules-marcdavis6843 It's not "convenient." It is a liability for a large corporation. If they gave someone permission to go in there and that person got hurt, they can be sued. As well, the party needs to be insured for this reason as well as in case they cause any damage to the property. This is very common for corporations. They have to do everything in the power to decrease the chance of their shareholders losing money, like through a lawsuit, or they can also be sued by the shareholders for breach of duty. It is very messy in a sue happy country.

I would definitely say those metal boxes found should for sure be looked into. The phone was most likely thrown over the bridge so if it was pinged it would ping away from where the body was left. But I really hope the best for the family and pray that through a miracle she is okay and will return safely back to her family 🙏🏼

I know you can't find everybody that goes missing. But it breaks my heart knowing there are family's out there missing family members, wondering missing and praying for there return. If he's local he'll know about the cemetery lake. And it's revamp.

It would be cool to hear historical data of water levels to corroborate the timeline. Maybe a few details about the river, its clarity, its speed of current, the dangers, like the alligator. It would fill some of the wait time and become educational. Adding scientific aspects would be a highlight.

The excuse that they were given about why they can't search Cemetery Lake is very fishy. Maybe the director is a fishing buddy of her boyfriend's. It seems as though the family's attorney could contact the corporation to get permission to search the lake.

A search warrant would override anything a corporate entity has to say. That being said to issue a search warrant there has to be probable cause or reasonable suspicion to get a search warrant issued. A hunch or thought that a car could have driven off a road does no meet the criteria.

I don't think it's fishy per se', I just think the manager there has no spine. First of all, I'd just ask if they could sonar and/or throw a fishing magnet...don't get into diving or any of that....there's really nothing to worry about from a sonar of a small lake. There should be ZERO concerns about magnet fishing on the property either. Second, I'd call corporate and explain the situation. Tell them they'll get some good PR and free advertising out of it, or some bad press for refusing to allow a simple and safe search of a small pond for a missing person. I also think Jared and Sam could create some kind of disclaimer that would not hold the facility liable in the event of some kind of problem. Maybe that would put them at ease.

I’m glad you threw a magnet in the little creek. I’ve heard of people back in the day using dynamite to blast holes in these little/shallow creeks and rivers to make swimming holes. You just never know.

You guys do a great job. I agree with the first sister ..I also feel bf threw Rosemary's phone over the bridge, probably to have stopped her from calling for help. Also, did the cops actually go to her work and ask if Rosemary was actually at work that day...or not? An abusive relationship...woman missing mysteriously...her cell found under the bridge.? Another thing, have the cops checked where bf phone was, and sms'es between him and Rosemary?

Not know is the worst. My uncle went missing in 2014. His truck was later found...but he hasnt been seen since. Thank you for all you do for these families. Having answers would help in the next stage of grief.
