as a chef the problem I have with so called local farmer/grower who wants you to come out and get your produce is there is no price difference .... also it is interesting that now that you established yourself at a higher level that you only choose to work with certain chefs....well aren't you leaving out up and coming chefs,, what an kind of arrogant way to think that your produce is so good that you only pick certain people....people have different personalities...be careful that you don't lose out on an opportunity that opens another door to a good relationship .......
