Three years is a long time. Also, the sentence was 3-15 years assuming that if she was on good behavior and did not seem she needed the extended years, she was let out. She is able to learn from what she did, we cannot treat every single person who has committed a crime like they’re incapable of learning. You cannot hold this woman to a serial killer, there is a reason for this sentencing. She took someones life, therefore her life was spent for three years in prison.

While I think the minimum time should have been more, if the Defendant didn't have any previous criminal convictions and Plead Guilty, State Law might strictly limit possible sentencing. She still got 12 years on Parole, and it wasn't Intentional Homicide, but I think she still should have gotten at least 10 years before Parole.

@Way2Spooky4U I don't think you truly understand how long 10 years are. There's a famous saying and it goes something like this: "One number is a tragedy but a thousand is just a statistic/number." You're falling into the same trap here. You just see 10 years and think "oh. 10 years" without actually processing how long that is

@@cleetus1715 Looks like someone isn't getting enough attention at home. It takes a real sicko to use kind words towards a father and his slain child, to gain attention for yourself and debate the fact that you don't believe in God. Well, just like in your real life.......nobody cares. Now go drink some candle wax while the adults talk.
