This is a typical day here in Newfoundland in winter. It's not considered a "storm" unless it's 15cm or higher of snow. I can relate to icy hills though. I hate the feeling of your car still moving when the breaks are locked up.

It always makes me think, why wouldnt the first thing they do, is close the road to avoid further accidents, then tend to all of the people involved.mmits a no brainer.
