@@LadyWhinesalot The lesson is. Don't add racing safety gear to your car. It's more liable to hurt you. The way the steering wheel and seats are set up, protects you in the event of this. The only reason people who race on a track get away with not having a front air bag in the steering wheel, is because their helmet is attached to a neck restraint.

The medic even came up and was more concerned with a head wound as he heard bleeding from the head on the radio, then found out it was just a cut. Ankles can heal (broke mine twice skateboarding), brain injuries can't.

@@pepsico815 it's one of those Chinese Ebay copy steering wheels that young guys like to put on their Honda's. The steel in those things is about as flexible as a piece of foam, and when you get in an accident can actually end up causing fatal injuries due to structural failure. Stick with OEM parts, or invest in a higher quality brand from a reputable manufacturer or website.

Actually from 8 and up you get really hard hitting opiates, anything below 8 down to 5 is Tylanol and below that you just get varying doses of standard painkillers. My girlfriend told to me that if I ever get into anything to always say ten lol

I am a victim of the DUI accident. The man who had hit the vehicle I was in was running for DA in my county. He fled the scene and rolled the vehicle I was in. I will NEVER have respect for anyone who consciously drives distracted or impaired. It breaks my heart to see it happen to others. Thank you for all the EMTS, Firefighters and Police who help the victims of these accidents and bring those to justice who are accountable. I'll never understand how someone can kill someone while they're drunk driving and get only a few years in jail. Driving under the influence is inexcusable. Even if you do not kill someone, you can bring so much physical and mental trauma that may never be fully repaired. Think about others before yourself, stop driving impaired, and stop driving distracted.

@@rutituti678 I'm thinking I just have a different definition of what pain level 10 is at. I get migraines regularly which leave me non-functional, which I'd peg at about a 7. 10 would be excruciating. He had a broken ankle more than likely, which undoubtedly hurts, but he didn't even sound distressed.
