The dumbest thing about this, is the police chief or whatever telling them not to play the games the offenders do. You can guarantee Matt was safe after smoking. You not playing those games will make you come off like a snitch. These higher above officers need to realize that.

lee lunk lol. Ok buddy. I definitely do it everyday between rec and lunch when top tier had their rec and cos were too busy to walk around. a sock, a key ring, a #2 pencil, and a ramen packet. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Dude also didn’t need to flush the toilet all the time. Once you clear the pipe you just blow the smoke towards the toilet and it gets sucked down.

Had a bunkie like him once. Name's Mo. Gave me a couple puffs out of a playing card bowl. Best time ever. Then another time at a different place in a bathroom with a square shaped exhaust opening and the smoke was going right out. Again, I had a great cube.
