I have the .51 cal. I'm slinging the 250 grains well over 1000fps, 650fpe. It loves heavy weights better such as the 450 grains. And it is dime size accurate. When you tune this gun to the right ammo, it will shoot waaaaay better than this video.

@@AirgunChannel indeed. I boosted the reg and I'm slinging the 450 grain long nose hollowpoints at 810 fps and it is one hole groups that can fit inside a dime....no fliers, no hole next to it touching, ONE HOLE. There is not a big bore airgun in this world more accurate than this gun.

Seeing is believing. 100 yard groups are nearly non-existent for big bore pcp's Makes Me Suspicious. With all the time & effort put into the videos if the guns could do it legitimately someone would produce unquestionable footage.

@@jowho9992- I’m with you…. 100 yards and further is a different league than 35 & 50 yards. I shoot a lot and a ragged hole is not an every group phenomenon.

My buddy just got the 51 cal. He said it is like no other PCP he has ever shot. He has the power of the .510 with the recoil of a .30. Another awesome video out of you Nate. I love my challenger .457 with the power kit. I get seven shots 3 shots @ 1000-1050 with a 245g bullet and 3 more around 950-1000. Last one lands 850fps and then goes to 750 for the 8th and last shot 650fps 9th shot still has 250 fpe.

Good job bro, appreciate the video reviews Nate. I remember afrer i got my GK1 you had the first "full" review on it that i watched after seeing it on the forum ,where im at alot again. Here in Missouri i have always wanted to tag a whitetail with a airgun. We are allowed by state law to use a .40 cal or larger and pcp's only!!. I’ll bet your right about recoil and the muzzle break. My .338 Lapua is obnoxious to shoot due to loudness but after having a break installed brother she is now a very loud pussycat!😉 BTW the Fire Bird targets are the loudest on hard surfaces and minimal gap behind them. I think Terry was getting best accuracy with the 235 also. Been looking hard at AEA. All info lately, shows company as corrected early production problems- over sights. Arguably, best bang for your Buck. Them and Avenger X platform is interesting too. It’s a wonderful life for airguns. 🤣 Appreciate

Great video. I've been looking at this rifle for about a month. I think the Challenger Elite in 35 Cal might be my next rifle. I guess I wont be able to shoot that in the backyard due to the loudness with a muzzel brake.

I pulled the trigger on this in 35 cal and will have a review out in out 2 weeks. This rifle is Not backyard friendly shooting at 120db. I tried a DonnyFL on this and it was still 116db, This rifle puts out about 250+ fpe.

You know that sure would have been nice if you would have showed us how well the 300 grain bullet grouped out of it in the speed on that particular bullet because you know that bullet is going to give you the best kinetic energy for deer hunting pig hunting or whatever and it looks like with the 235 grain bullet there it's shooting pretty slow it ought to be faster than that with a regulator

Despite their problems, i dare you to find better value for money in another company. Also, most US vendors of AEA have some of the best customer service I've seen. If you encounter a problem, they will most often solve it for you.

How is the trigger? I have a big9 aea challenger and it’s the worst trigger on planet earth. The aea regs seem like they sort of work. Bit of a large extreme spread. I know it’s not as critical in these hunting big bores but for 1100 bucks I’d like to see 5 shots with a little tighter velocity.

You might want to be careful with using ballistol, which is petroleum-based, meaning that it could diesel and detonate when exposed to high pressures. If a microscopic drop gets near the exit port in the breach, you could get a mini-explosion. It's a basic safety rule not to use petroleum lubes for ammo and seals with pcp airguns.

such a nice clip again ..big bore slug's 50 yard's..i think this is ment to be a gun for hunting..and when you are aiming for hart /lungshot's this gun is pritty good i think for a 50 meter;s air rifle..maybe for 50+ yard's aswell..I live in holland so for me this gun is useless for hunting etc (no animal kill at all with air rifle) ....But for usa people etc :)
