Our flight today begins on stand at Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport. The aircraft is de iced on this chilly morning, before we push back and depart to the north. We contact Athens Departure who vector us towards the Adriatic coast. We then contact Athens Control who clear us to climb to our cruising altitude today of 34,000ft. We pass up the coast of Greece and into the Adriatic getting a stunning view of the Greek mountains before we are handed over to Brindisi control as we enter Italian airspace.
We then fly the length of Italy on this beautiful morning, before crossing the snowy Alps as we descend towards Geneva. Once established on the ILS we contact Geneva Tower who clear us to land, before we touch down smoothly on runway 05 at Geneva, before taxying to the stand.

I did wonder why the guy in the cherry-picker was scooshing down the wings with water before the pushback from Gate in Athens. Then, when I checked your description a little bit I saw that it was 30th January so that made a bit more sense.

I think both Aegean and Finnair are solely Airbus in their fleets. Not really sure if Aegean are Airlines or Airways. I realise that Aegean have been the Greek flag carrier for quite a while now. I guess they must have replaced Olympic.

Haha yep as per description this is Alex's video, he is releasing videos without ATC and I am releasing them with ATC going forward :) Looking forward to releasing a lot more flights from around Greece and Switzerland this year :)
