Enjoy the videos. This video brings back fond memories of Goroka and those fogs. I was an ATC there in the early seventys and i recall getting the the early Talair and MAF flights going before the fogs moved in. My check in the tower for my initial rating was on a foggy morning and had to close the airport until the vis improved. I had ten air Nuigini aircraft holding overhead until the fog improved.(a mix of F27s, DC3s and a few F28s). No ILS OR GPS approach in those days. A very busy shift on a one way strip. Fond memories.

Hi Ryan, So nice to see you flying again in PNG. Sorry this week was apparently quiet for you but glad you got this one in. This was a little different in a good way, as you were able to take us through how you handle low cloud flying, and what's involved. Thanks. And thanks for putting up on Patreon the associated info. Although I have dropped out of Patreon for awhile, when I come back I hope to join your group. Some time ago I d/loaded your Kodiak course (which I must get back to!) and have both wheeled and float versions (Was very thankful for the reduced on-special prices). The float version is imho quite nice to fly. Currently trying to get some at-this-stage very scary not-really-control, of the mini 500 non-fixed-wing wobbly thing. I need to tweek my Thrustmaster stick settings etc some more yeti. Long flight tomorrow will certainly challenge me (FS2020). PS the timelapse return was great. 🤠 Take care, God Bless Noel Coffs Harbour NSW 🙃 🙏☝🙏

I hate time lapses. For me it is more about your reflections and things you consider while flying. I can see how people may like to see the return flight too and it is great to hear (and try) according to feedback.
