I agree with MachineGunMermaid. This was choregraphed, practiced, planned, filmed, and edited by somebody. Plenty of opportunities to reflect on whether or not dance over the smooth flow of nature in a not so smooth way. Props to her for being able to do what she can and posting it though.

When I am on silks and entertained with them and supported by them it isn't odd. Sarah it's how you feel when the silks and you are one. Listen to the music and the story it tells and ignore the rest of it. The harp tells a story then breathe deeply and look at the movements. @Sarah The first time I tried silks I was already standing up and asking my instructor if that is okay to do so. After experiencing putting my foot on the material and touching it I felt odd. Almost like it was calling to me...I have been a dancer since age 3 doing ballet then hip-hop. Totally 2 different types of dance and I am good at it...I was always uncertain when doing turns and pirouettes. I felt odd and even tho my teacher said I was on par I didn't feel like it. I stepped into that silk and looped from below the knee lower a little and swung due to wanting to feel it. My teacher was surprised at my adventurous attitude towards it and I asked her to teach me how to perform. For the first time I felt 100% beautiful and strong without second guessing myself. I wasn't able to think what was I doing wrong and how to fix it and I am usually very hard on myself. I always like to stand back so when I put my foot and let other leg up I swing out and then I take a couple breathes as I let the momentum carry me. Stop being trolls for something you haven't done or aren't good at. SMH @haters Good job Dearie you looked beautiful and the story/performance is amazing. I feel it and I can understand and sympathize.

Actually there is a German word for aerial silks. It's called Vertikaltuch, look it up. And the title is both English and German so I'm taking a wild guess here and say that someone was in a bad mood and would have voiced a complaint about literally anything ;) Other than that; this video is weird... And the blending pictures are annoying. I can't concentrate on what she's doing at all
