It is a good way to train your form, but you need more stamina. So consider using a manual strap resistance machine at the highest speed to get more pedal power and consistency. I saw that you had to go for a breather after 10 pedal rotations. Also pls use a scooter, as driving a huge car on 2 solid lines can be a lot more dangerous than the possibility of cars overtaking you, not to mention the statutes of man prohibit this. You're sitting on the very tip of the saddle, get that ass back on that saddle and sit on your sitbones, this will have a lot less toll on your arms and make you sit more aero.

Thanks, I probably need to adjust the saddle, I guess if I got the frame sized when I get a bike and not buy a second-hand it would help
