actually this kind of genre is hard to pull off it requires a lot of body control and the way she hir those beats with detailed moves and the isolations and locking! SHE IS A GREAT DANCER! I didn't see any female kpop idol danced this kind of genre only KARINA.

She starts Black Mamba for a reason, her charisma and stage presence really shines when she performs. Also, SM KNOWS their main dancers. Kai? Hyoyeon? Seulgi? TAEMIN KING OF DANCE? They didn't hand her this role for any other reason than the fact that she has the talent to prove it.

As an actually professionally trained dancer, my opinion is that she is amazingly talented and fitting for the role of main dancer. All the people calling her out on things like being stiff and having no facials, are not trained in dance whatsoever and they are not trained to critique. Karina is an incredible dancer and it sucks to see her get so much hate just because people are jealous or bored

hmmm I don't think you really need to be that professionally trained to have eyes that can criticize. I don't even hate Karina, I actually like her. I also think that she is quite a good dancer. However, SM Entertainment have the best dancers in the KPOP scene and the standards they set are too high for a "MAIN DANCER". That is why compared to most of them, I think Karina is lacking in some ways. I also personally think that her movements are quite conservative, showing a lack in power. Tho I hope it is just for this angle. I also want to see her become one of the best female dancers in the new era of kpop. If not, I hope that they have a stronger dancer in their arsenal that is soon going to be part of aespa.

Yesza I still remember how knetz hate EXO SO MUCH. Even more after Wolf came out and they won first music show. Most of knetz dragged them. But months after that, boom they came out with repackage album Growl. Become the national anthem playing in variety shows until today 2020 and probably in future too. First million seller after 13 years! Biggest mistake debut proven wrong

Kind of unexpected but if you look it now after all the dancing she's done so far, I think her forte might be urban/hiphop + locking/popping. Not like Hyoyeon but more like Seulgi, style wise. Looks like she learned tutting too? She's got good power and technique; always sharp and clean. Not to mention her control and balance between her upper and lower body. I hope she gets to showcase it more. Also, this choreo and style itself is supposed to be a bit rough and tight, not loose and wavy

I think this is intentional, they make the choreo look stiff so that Karina and the Ai will be balanced, cause if u take a look at her dancing skills with Kai she doesn't look stiff at all
