I can relate to Cody. 14 years ago I was written off in high-school... fast forward and I am living my American Dream. Now I think I'll get back to watching wrestling again. It was actually because cody wanted more than Stardust and they didn't want to give him more. So he went to ROH and people told him ROH wasn't enough and then he made AEW to create something that was good enough and then some.

@@renixknight964 Agreed! To me, NXT is far more superior then raw or SD. Main roster is garbage. No amounts of pyros, hype intros, music, drafts etc... Can salvage the main roster as long as Vince has the final say. Luckily, we have Wednesday nights AEW/NXT

No matter where he goes next....I never forget this promo....one of the first times I realize how SPECIAL AEW would have be, this is still one of the best promo work of the past decade, no one can take that away from Cody, I wish he stayed in this company, but no matter where he goes, at least in our hearts....he was GODDAMN UNDENIABLE.

He thought it was Jericho, and asked Jericho to returned, and though Jericho said he was the one recruiting, in reality Cody Rhodes was the main recruiter. Now each Vince McMahon and Cody got what they wanted.
