Thanks Sir for the upload. I have a suggestion though, nakakaduling n po kasi pag nagcocompute na kyo di na makasunud malabo na yung papel, pede kaya whiteboard kayo magsulat🙂

Sir pa explain naman po ng contract asset at contract liability. Kelan po dapat sya irecord? Sa journal entries na example nyo san sya pwd pumasok? Salamat ng marami.

Sir pwede pa discuss din po sa books ng client habang nagpapatayo ng Building. May mga special account titles din po ba doon? Saka po yung magiging total acquisition cost ng Building (kasama po ba na makaka-capitalize yung revenue ng contractor? Kasi di ba po PPE ay dapat capitalize at which ever is lower sa actual cost or rejected price)

Sir ask ko lang kung ang gross profit na recognize on the year of completion under zero profit method is tinatransfer sa CIP on that year pra mag equal sa progress billings. Thanks

Hindi. Walang POC and Zero Profit method mentioned in IFRS 15. It was replaced by Revenue Over-Time and Revenue at Point-in-Time. The accounting procedures are the same but the critea laid down by the new standard are different
