Question: dun po sa application ng payement dun sa 160,000; diba po dapat 99,347 lang at hindi 124,619? Kasi may 5 months interest pang kaaibat yun

Sir good pm. Tanong ko lg. Bakit sa earned franchise revenue niyo Po 1,500,000 x 2% =30k lg. Kasi sabi sa prob 2% is every month and 1500 000 sales is for the year na. Thanks po.

Same question po. Pati rin po don sa previous problem, bakit po 5% na every month naman po yun, tapos yung sales na binigay for 2020 naman po yun, to be specific, 4 months naman po yun from September - December.

Hi! Ang alam ko gagamitin lang ang annuity in advance kapag sa same date (MAY) mo binayaran ang first installment, pero sa problem end of the year siya binayaran so ang gamit is PV of ordinary annuity.
