I have a question po. What if one of the partners has a debit balances on his capital account in cash priority program? What I should do? Hoping for your reply. :(

You can't use the Cash Priority Program if one of the partners has a negative capital balance. Kapag ganun, Schedule of Safe Payments na ang gagamitin

alam q 1 yr na toh pero ndi nman s sineset aside, sa computation/solution kasi ung capital lang nman kinokompute naten. wala namang effect ang liabilities sa capital kaya wala ka naman kakabit na payment dyan. kung ung payment of liabilities in general namn, same nung sa lumpsum pero kasi dito sa installment may schedule of safe payment tayo yon lng main difference nila, the rest is same treatment.

Good evening Sir, pwede po bang paki link po sa descriptions yung documents ng mga example nyo po? Pinanood ko po ang Partnership formation nyo po hanggang Liquidation at sinusulat ko rin po ang examples para ma-underline yung important notes kaso medyo mabagal po akong magsulat, hassle po sa oras. Panonoorin ko pa po yung iba nyong lecture, may I request po for the docx. Of your examples po? Thank you Sir.

8,250 - 5,500 = 2,750 po hehe 2,750 + 1,650 = 4,400
