Sir ano po yung ilalagay na date sa statement of liquidation? Pag sa problem po nakalagay, "the partnership have agreed to liquidate their partnership as of december 31,2014"

If the partner whose entitled with the loan is deficient, he can apply the "right of offset" (only to that entitled partner) and if the offset does not cover the full amount of his deficiency, first thing to do is tignan if personally solvent/ insolvent si partner (1) If solvent si deficient partner, pwede siya mag additional investment (only up to his net personal asset) But when the partner is / becomes insolvent, his deficit shall be borne by other partners (with positive capital balances & solvent partners). 😊
