I've been itching to start my AFF course and this video is my favorite aff course to watch. You were solid right from the get go! Did you have some tunnel practice time before hand?

At 4.32 the AFF instructor is gripping the bar above the door from above. Should that aircraft, which is flying not very much above stall speed encountered CAT his wrist might well have been broken. Always take your grip on them from below. Any problems you release and you’re free.
