It’s ok when life isn’t perfect. When u think broke u be broke when u think people owe u they owe u when u take the expectations off of the outside and apply the manifestation on the inside it flows to the outside its like your higher self will tap u into others consciousness or higher self people will call and say I was thinking about u or u will get a new positive idea on how to generate and create or even attract abundance in love health and wealth ♥ when u think good everything becomes good! Hello Jason. I am going through the worst heartbreak. I get anxiety & panic attacks. But I promise to stick to your affirmations till 31 dec. I know this can't define me. Edit- For those who are loosing hope, I tried this meditation early morning & night before deep breathing sessions. My beliefs towards myself has completely changed. I feel good mostly & yes have attracted better job, pay-raise & also a loving partner. I am so in peace that I put myself first. Keep doing!

stop saying bad things about yourself (verbally and mentally) e.g.(heartbreak,anxiety, panic attacks) just look into yourself and fined that inner guide (it may be hard to find it but keep going at it) and when you do never doubt it :) wish you happiness an peace

Helpful TIP: In those moments when you're freaking out over something and/or dealing with an overwhelming situation: shut off everything! Listen to these affirmations while you're resolving, unwinding... in the middle of it. It calms you down and it helps you FOCUS. I've done this several times. And it works! Even if you don't repeat the words, it works like your 'positive' inner voice and brings you back to 'the present'. When you're calm, you gain clarity. I've been able to write lists... map my solution on a piece of paper. Good luck to all. [Thank you, Jason, for yet another great video!]

That is so true... I just recently got out of a sticky situation with my bank...long story short.. my loan was written off. The clarity that came with saying the right things to myself...and also gave me even more motivation to trust the Universe and allow the evidence that the Universe is gleefully giving me. Since I started listening to this. I have genuinely felt a change within myself. Within my heart, my mind and my body. I feel better as a person, more confident in myself. Things are just easier to see the positive side in every situation. I am genuinely trying to make a difference in my life in so many aspects. It's true what Jason Stephenson says change doesn't happen when you wake up, it happens gradually. The first time I listened to an audio of Jason Stephenson, it was to help me overcome insomnia. That was a year ago. Today when I go to bed, I am asleep within minutes. Since then, Jason Stephenson has helped me overcome my most inner struggles with myself and with others. It's a daily work in progress, I just keep listening to his daily affirmations. There are so many of his affirmations in this audio which I can identify as being the opposite six months ago and where I am now today. When I opened my heart and my mind to positive change, that day I left the negative baggage behind. Surround yourself with positive people even if you surround yourself with Jason Stephenson positive affirmations as long as it is positive. Thank you, Jason Stephenson, you have changed my life and so many others. I can pay begin to pay it forward.

Debbie I understand, I also suffer from depression & anxiety. Try to remember that you are more then a diagnoses. The more we think about something, positive or negative the more we gravitate it in our lives. Try to speak positive affirmations as well & speak things into existence. Manifesting is a real psychological thing, but always remember getting sick or having bad luck is not a sign of spiritual weakness or "attracting them". Trouble loves us all, and bodily illness will come, however super-new-agey you are. It's not all your own manifesting if you have a nice life and it's not all your doing if you don't. I understand you want to have control over your lives, but do remember these are psychological tricks and no amount of youtube videos alone will change your life -it's you doing the work, the vast abstact concept of universe doesn't know or care that you exist. Try God for a more personal relationship and actual caring 🦋
