I used to fight for hours just to go to sleep. But since I found your channel, that battle is over before it begins.. Maybe say an affirmation like " I Am at peace and able to sleep deeply throughout the night". Say this in the moment that you are drifting off to sleep. Hope this helps you to get a full nights rest 💤🌛

These videos helped change my life. Thank you Jason. Infinite love and abundance towards you for your voice on these topics. I’ve been able to support myself financially, in a free manner and ways I wasn’t aware were possible after hearing these and doing some of my own magic if you will. Powerful, we are are full of the ability to create. Waiting to become kinetic in form. Believe in it all. Believe in the idea of wellness.
