Better to buy a house complete builder makes a lot on upgrades. Hoa deal breaker. Hoa is a nightmare there in your business

No offense but I would want a wall to separate the living room from dinnind room and I would like ant a real wood burning fireplace Ann a pool put in and jacuzzi installed and on a concrete patio with a tiki bar installed that has a barbecue grill and icebox built in for wine and ice cream and for frozen fruit 🍌 to make smoothie and a fire pit on grass area and a gazebo with surrounding sound stereo inside it with two porch swings hanging in it also would have some fruit trees 🌲 on it with Christmas tree 🌲 and shrubbery to surround property so it’s like a fence around the entire property do it seems to be like there property fence fencing in your entire property so it’s all green and have a system watering to water all prop🎉to keep it green all year long

Probably best to purchase this property at base price 365k and whichever upgrades you wanna do just buy your materials and get contractors from the outside instead of dealing with the builders they gonna charge you a premium! When you could get all of that much less that cost all the way down Just my thoughts beautiful property wonderful lot 🔥

Beautiful house, but HOA is a deal breaker. And you can’t get good insurance on a home in Florida. It’s a nightmare for any homeowner.
