Big mistake, no gas stove and stylish hood. You have it priced high, especially with the uncertainties of economy and high interest rates.

Connecticut, New York , New Jersey people are priced out Florida have bargains prices . Once interest rate go down . They all coming to Florida 😂

I guess only time will tell. Even If this does happen, my job doesn’t change. Will still be helping people find their dream homes🙂 (just for cheaper now)

@@TheDylanConcep your job will change. Lower prices means lower commissions. You won’t be able to pay your bills!! It’s a trickle down effect. Also, after August when the new laws kick in your commissions are going to tank anyways. Real estate agents will become obsolete. In my eyes, they’ve been obsolete for years now. There is nothing a real estate agent can do for a knowledgeable buyer or seller. All the information needed is at our fingertips nowadays.

amazed the photographer allowed scattered dark mulch in the shot on the white sun lite cement entrance. The toilet lids are up ! ... do yourself a favor learn the etiquette of presentation. As to the build interior, little things matter. Wire shelving, non pocketing slider off main lvingrm, builder grade windows, No shampoo bottle nook shelf, triangle tub no slope for soaking. All could be better. Pricing drop as its over priced. All the best.
