2 Tsp Coriander powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
3-4 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
2 pieces of Cinnamon
1 TspSalt
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek
Fresh Coriander

I had heard the great chef Jacques Pepin say in a tv episode that a cook with an organized kitchen and methods is a very satisfying sight (I paraphrase). He must have had you in mind.
