History is made at the London 2012 Olympic Games as Rohullah Nikpah, who won Afghanistan's first ever Olympic Medal in Beijing 2008, wins Bronze once again in Men's Taekwondo -68kg repeating his feat from four years earlier.
Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art, which means "the way of kicking and punching". In taekwondo, hands and feet can be used to overcome an opponent, but the trademark of the sport is its combination of kick movements. Taekwondo is one of the two Asian martial arts included on the Olympic programme. Taekwondo made its debut as a demonstration Olympic sport at the 1988 Seoul Games, and became an official medal sport at the 2000 Sydney Games.

Honestly ,practicing taekwondo I'm so often confused. I'm seeing people hitting head or else and they don't win because the referees didn't see it or because the electronic breastplate is not receiving it like we believe it musts. Maybe we are wrong but it's infuriating to think that you saw something, that everyone saw it but the breastplate is just like "no, didn't hit hard enough" and I, personally, don't understand how hard we have to hit and where on the breastplate, for the hit to count. I'm not a good fighter even if I like it and I'm maybe just stupid or misinformed but yeah it's often annoying and even if the rules changed we, in my club, are just confused and are arguing on rules .
