It has been three months since the day gamers from
around the world found themselves trapped in the bodies
of their characters, or as it is now known, ‘Launch Day.’
Many have died. Most have struggled. Some have thrived.
And now, after the confusion and chaos of the early
days, with no escape from this world in sight, the first
tentative communities have begun to form.
But what kind of new world will they create?
Which lessons will they learn from the past?
...and which are they doomed to repeat?
AFK is a gaming / fantasy web series that follows the misadventures of a group of gamers who mysteriously wake up in the bodies of their MMO characters. Gender swapped, confused and out of their element, they must work together to survive in a hostile new world.

Given the popularity of Game of Thrones, the Lord of the Rings Movies, and Critical Role for the Roleplayers I am amazed that this production has not been picked up by a big media block yet. Though I note the Opening Credit to NZ on Air so hopefully this secures you a little more safely for finance going into the future. In fact this might allow you to remain Independent longer and as such stay true to yourselves. This show is a true gem and I hope that you continue to go from strength to strength.

I'm enjoying seeing how the characters are evolving as the series goes by - nothing kills a series more than static characterization. Y'all have done an outstanding job with everything here, and I eagerly anticipate further installments!

Fun part is i have been more hyped about this than i have been about a tv series in a long time, and boy did it live up to that hype. AMAZING!!

@@DALLASBARNETT I already do, I kinda want a place to binge watch season 2 already, though I have only been trough season 1 two times by now, so maybe I should go for a 3rd one :), it is kinda become my Babylon 5 of fantasy/other world shows, it's not mainstream even though the acting and story rivals the shows with bigger names and budgets. Also kinda had fun finding actors from AFK in Viva La Dirt League's epic NPC man :)

At the beginning the modern background/environment was a little bit immersion breaking, but I'm glad you stayed by the natural environment and tents. The camera shots were quite interesting, I'd love to see more totals than closeups. But that's just my preference. Also the animation quality got better! Good job there. I'm eager to see the next episode.

I thought this was season 2 of a different web series. Now I watched all season 1 and this one. This is addictive. Reminds me of my old EQ days. How fun this would be if this really happen. But I would be like Q and worried about my puppies. Other then that it would rock.
