It may avoid that fair if it goes ahead and swaps to a different government stance from communist to capitalist which will make it prosper as the most powerful nation. This is a problem that Africans have to face. They need to make a jump from tribal to societal relations. So far. They are making it clear that they have no interest in making societal long term strategies to maintain long term power.
