I'm not a Nigerian, but the Igbos are the smartest people in Africa, period and right there with the smartest people in the world. I always wonder if there were an Igbo land/self governed country with no corruption, I bet it will be as advanced and rich as the most advanced countries in the world!

@@patrickokafor-yt9oy No, what I meant is if the Igbos have their own country, self governed with their own president as in a country. The country then will be very advanced, that is what I meant...I wish Igbo-land was a country with no corruption! I know Igbo-land is located in Southeastern Nigeria as a state.

@2:51 He built his vehicle manufacturing plant in his father's compound. Had he built it in Port Harcourt or Lagos, heaps of demolished buildings would been the outcome. Even at his father's compound, unsuccessful attempts were made to make him go asunder but he worn the two cases. The third attempt was made to retry the case in Ibadan but his lawyers regarded it as a witch hunt and never showed up. The Igbos are workaholics and savvy in business which have generated so much Igbophobia in Nigeria. In effect, their business acumen has been hammered to shape and refined through the pipelines of igba-odubo.

Watching your video from Canada. I'll like to know what is happening about the proposed Abia seaport. Has it been shelved or still in the pipeline ? I know the governor has so many things in his hand. He is doing great.

They learn trade as well but don't live with their trainers...they pay to learn...but most of these hardcore free and settled apprentices want their wives at home...want their sisters in school or sponsor the women in their families to learn and start a trade of their choice within 6 months.. The ancient igbo practice is the same from the scriptures, when Esau and Isaac had problem and Esau threatened killing Jacob their mother Rebecca sent him to stay with his brother Laban the Syrian , so he served his uncle for 14 yrs to marry his two daughters, and served his uncle for 20 yrs and had 12 children the 12 tribes of Israel and he served, faithfully, effectively, self-sacrificing, and passed through difficulties, but he over came them all, became a very great shepherd with great herds. Today they are the wealthiest in the world with earth shaking innovations.
