Using the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa against Somalia is unjust. Strict measures must be taken by the AU to address this issue. IF ONLY the African Union could see their way clear to accepting the reality of the Equity Spending (ES) process that is better known as deficit spending and or quantitative easing (QE) here in the U.
