We too eat a lot of pumpkin leaves in Zambia. Try washing the leaves before cutting it so that you preserve the nutrition that gets lost once you wash it after cutting it. You can see the the water is green and that's some of your delicious nutrition wasted.

Just subscribed on your channel. In Malaysia we call it pumpkin leaves. We cook it by itself, With fish and chicken and with coconut milk or without just delicious. I also like the way you cooked it. Continue cooking sister and God bless.
