Laws aren't written to be fair for blacks. When so called founding fathers wrote this "All men are created equal" what was the black man 1/2man, 1/4man, or owned like a property. Today it is done differently by setting us up to slip then you are slave.

Black Sniper! quit giving malcolm "very" little credit for being the originator of all such quotes. He was just a spokesman for a nation, he spoke what The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad told him to speak and the one time he didn't follow protocol it was the beginning of his demise. malcolm said this, malcolm said that, nothing but red herrings leading Black people away from the life giving teachings of The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad.

Acquired-Taste The Europeans didn’t create division between ethnic Somalis and Bantus in Somalia. The Bantus have always had a bad image in Somalia because the Bantus were slaves of Somalis. Stop spreading lies about European colonialism. Somalis have never held a good image of Bantus.

nubihotep Excuse me? I’m Somali myself and I’m very well versed on Somali history. I know my ethnic Somali people owned Bantu slaves for centuries and this slave background of Bantus is what fuels Somali people’s poor image of them. YOU are trying to tell Somalis and Ethiopians about their own history. Just letting you know, the rivalry between Somalis and Ethiopian habeshas started in the Middle Ages when we had wars over territory and religion. It’s not because of Europeans because the Europeans didn’t colonize Ethiopia or Somalia in the Middle Ages. Stop trying to preach as if you know every little thing about Africa-especially about Ethiopia and Somalia because clearly you know nothing about either of these countries AND you call yourself a hotep. Bye Egyptian wannabe 👋

Damn Somalia had tribal issues too I never knew that. That's one of Africa's problems, even in West African countries their are tribal issues where the leader or a President of that African country favors one tribe over the other it's so stupid and ridiculous. Africans be focused on the wrong things. You'll have tribes fighting with other tribes over stupid stuff the mentality over there is soo fucked up. You have blk in American that can't get along with other blks and you have tribes in Africa that can't even get along with other tribes

For the rest of the show, Miss Garane's seemed sincere with all black people working together to defeat a common enemy, and in that, ideally that would be one of the keys to our successes. Phil, kudos to you for an informative discussion. Notably, Miss Garane's experiences were eye opening, and was glad she shared them. We should all be open to learning about each other in a peaceful way being in the Diaspora.

Ever notice how this woman and most Somali people look phenotyically the same. Then notice how Phil looks. How do you think that the Somali people keep their distinct characteristics. Certainly not by mating/mixing with people that look like Phil, with all due respect! The same applies to Ethiopia and many other North African countries. They don't look like in any shape form or fashion as the sub Saharan, east or South African. All those people commenting on her beauty fine, but I've never heard anyone making beauty statements or positive comments about women with huge and very wide/broad noses super large lips like sub Saharan Black/African people. Hum why is that???

slavery and colonialism affected Africans the worst to all other races...Indians in South Africa ended there because of slavery in the 1600's but unlike American their heritage was preserved until today. They have Indian names ,speak Indian languages and their communities are United...they start businesses together and have Indian brotherhood and businesses ,If Americans still had their own roots we wouldn't see most African Americans denying their Africanism or denying to be associated with Africans.

I’ve literally heard people of Chamorro heritage refer to themselves as Guamanian. It’s been the last 10 years I learned people from Guam are Chamorros. I wish folks would correct us more so we do not go around sounding so ignorant.

I was born in Trinidad, a Caribbean Island, and went to school in America and experience everything she's talking about and I'm dark complexion But I was Black conscious and militant so I quickly educated our ignorant Black Americans. Im a strong freedom fighter and dont bow to bs. Keep your rich African identity, Nuff Respect

Wayne Gatheright Jr. Yes there is wealth in Africa, but Africans don't control any of it at this point in time. That's why the Africans that are capable are coming to America to make money. With all the Chinese being allowed to invade Africa, Africans will never own any of Africa's wealth.
