The culture of political conmanship has ruled the gov't of Uganda since the country gained independence, the wanainchi have never enjoyed the fruits of democracy, this is a very sad state of affairs. Let kerp our spirit high change is inevitable.

I concur with most of what Gen.Muntu has said, but the one issue that he didn't address, and shied away by most people is the unsustainable population growth.

I think it was necessary for the general to leave upc one more term to mess up.because they would later be overwhelmed hut unknowingly you went to the bush and install regrets only
