Very Biased video. Most of these Universities are in South Africa and Egypt.

Because they invest the most amount of money into education. No other African country invests anywhere near as much money into education as South Africa and Egypt.

I wonder what university ranking source you have been looking at this year! Neither have you given the criteria of your ranking, nor the method used to compile this list. I can safely conclude that it is made up. Indulging in propaganda is the easy part, but it crumbles like a pack of cards when confronted with the facts and data.
